Caitlyn
the Sheriff of Piltover
BOTTOM
Renowned as its finest peacekeeper, Caitlyn Kiramman is also Piltover's best shot at ridding the city of its elusive criminal elements. She is often paired with Vi, acting as a cool counterpoint to her partner's more impetuous nature. Even though she carries a one-of-a-kind hextech rifle, Caitlyn's most powerful weapon is her superior intellect, allowing her to lay elaborate traps for any lawbreakers foolish enough to operate in the City of Progress.

Overview
One of Arcane wonder children, Caitlyn is one of the old guard marksman and is best known for being lane bully thanks to her long range. She excels at punishing enemies for stepping even a little bit out of place and is the perfect for anyone looking for a reliably strong early game. Top 3 Things to Remember About Caitlyn
Caitlyn’s passive Headshot makes it easy for you to win trades early, and combined with Caliber net can lead to some unexpected burst damage.
Yordle Snap Trap allows you to control key angles enemies might approach from at any state in the game -- be the first to reach an objective and you can line them up to control space.
Ace in the Hole is designed to finish off opponents, but it’s also strong at chunking out squishy carries that isolate themselves before a fight begins, which can scare them away from the fight entirely.
Strengths
Caitlyn’s range and poking capacity early makes her a menace in the laning phase. As long as you can keep your opponents on that tightrope away from you, you can easily keep them low HP and make even the enemy jungler second-guess a gank. This lane dominance means she also excels at taking towers early in both her own lane and by swapping into other lanes ahead of tempo.
Weaknesses
90 Caliber Net is her one safety tool, so if she finds herself in the middle of a pincer attack, it could spell a quick doom. She also relies on getting early advantages to continue building a snowball sort of lead throughout the game, so if you can shut her down early, her kit may be underwhelming compared to other counterparts.
Game Plan
Early Game: Be aggressive, especially with Headshot. Your goal is to build a CS lead and convert this into taking the enemy tower first.
Mid Game: Your focus should still be on taking out the outer line of turrets from the enemy team -- the space gained will make it easier to use your traps and range to harass enemies.
Late Game: She can feel like a very standard front-to-back champion and should be okay with just hitting anything that steps into range without letting them get too close.
